Everything was great with the service until I ask about the transmission service, it is supposed to be done at 45.000 miles. The truck had 46.000 on it when I purchased it and I was told that they don’t do that type of service before selling a vehicle. They pass it on to the customer. Now I have a $700 dollar service I have to pay for. I probably will not trade with them again !

My truck failed to start and needed service. Arranged for my truck to be towed and serviced by Parker Chevrolet, with a pickup on Wednesday. Truck was diagnosed and fixed by Friday afternoon. Though the service office wasn’t open on Saturdays, they agreed to allow me to pick up my truck on Saturday. I really didn’t want to wait until Monday.

0/10 recommend. We bought a vehicle from them less than a year ago. They hid issues with it, did not service or clean the vehicle before selling it like they said they would. Within the last two weeks we took the vehicle in for a tune up and to have a part fixed. Said servicing was rescheduled once and then they tried to reschedule an hour beforehand, upon arrival we were told it was supposed to take 3-4 hour max and they had it double that time plus overnight with no apologies or consideration that we live out of town. Not only that, but they replaced two tire sensors but didn’t bother to put the appropriate and equal amount of air in each tire, they messed up the a/c and it makes a horrible noise upon turning it on (ie they didn’t even make sure the air was working properly upon finishing the job), and now my check engine light comes on and off. I wish that were it. However they told both my husband and I they would order the part and would call when it was in for it to be replaced probably a week later and we didn’t need an appointment and all issues would be fixed. We called a full week later and were told oh that part is discontinued and now you can’t get that fixed plus you need an appointment to fix everything else. Needless to say, after this, we won’t be back.

Service and wait time was excellent, I'm just disappointed in the price increase. My last oil change was $55 and this one was $81. In looking over the receipt, the major price increase was due to labor (from $6.50 to $30), parts were only $1.50. I have dealt with Parker for years and have always appreciated their service, this price increase was just a hiccup I was not expecting.
